Established in 2011, New Era Homes brings a passion for quality construction to Indianola, Norwalk, and Altoona. We started strong, taking pride in our very first project – a set of 4 townhomes – and that commitment to excellence has continued to this day.
We’ve built strong relationships with our communities and our clients. Their involvement inspires us to keep exceeding expectations. Our focus is on custom homes, built with the same meticulous attention to detail that we would expect in our own homes.

Who keeps the products moving and going in the right direction? You’re looking at him. Cody came up with an idea quite a while ago to build a few townhouses and see how they turned out. In 2012 New Era Homes broke ground in their first adventure of home building and it was a success! They moved their way forward from there. Cody is a graduate from Northwest Missouri with a Business degree and also enjoyed playing baseball. In his free time, he enjoys playing golf, and spending time with his dog Bella, his wife Cassi, as well as family and friends!

Cassi helps put the pieces of building a house together by deciding what color schemes, materials, and pretty stuff should go into the homes! Being a real estate agent, Cassi works closely with clients and makes sure their expectations are being delivered. Currently, she is an agent for Iowa Realty and is actively helping clients with their real estate needs whether it’s buying lots, buying homes, or helping them sell theirs!
