Established in 2011, New Era Homes brings a passion for quality construction to Warren County and the greater Des Moines Metro. We started strong, taking pride in our very first project — a set of 4 townhomes built with quality — and that commitment to excellence has continued to this day.
What began as a custom home building company has grown into a full-service construction company serving residential and commercial clients across Central Iowa. From custom dream homes and remodels to commercial builds and renovations, we bring the same meticulous attention to detail to every project — the same standard we would expect if we were building for ourselves.
We've built strong relationships with our communities and our clients over the years. Their trust inspires us to keep exceeding expectations on every job.
